Question 1

Do you really apply, or just send me links?

Accepted Answer

We really apply. A real browser opens the company’s own application form, fills every field from your résumé and answers, attaches your documents and presses submit. Then it screenshots the confirmation page, and you can open that screenshot from your dashboard.

Question 2

Will employers know it was automated?

Accepted Answer

The application arrives through the company’s normal form, with your real résumé and your real answers, exactly as it would if you had typed it yourself. Applications are spread across your working hours rather than sent in one burst.

Question 3

What if it does not know the answer to a question?

Accepted Answer

It leaves it blank rather than guessing. Anything that would be a claim about you, such as work authorisation, a qualification or a salary, is only ever answered from what you told us. If a form needs something we genuinely cannot know, we ask you for it once.

Question 4

Does the tailored résumé make things up?

Accepted Answer

No, and this is enforced rather than hoped for. Every tailored résumé is checked back against your real one, and anything unsupported is stripped. If nothing honest can be said for a posting, your original CV is sent instead.

Question 5

How do I get the replies?

Accepted Answer

You get a dedicated inbox on one of our domains, yours alone. Every reply, interview invitation and confirmation lands there, readable inside ApplyMachine, and the ones that matter are forwarded to your own email so you do not have to check a second inbox.

Question 6

Can I stop it applying to certain companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your current employer is blocked before anything else, and you can add any company or domain to a never-apply list. You can also require or exclude words in the job title.

Question 7

Can I pause it?

Accepted Answer

Any time, from the dashboard, and restart whenever you like. You can also withdraw a single queued application without stopping everything else.

Question 8

What does it cost, and can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Weekly, monthly or yearly: the same fifty applications a day on all three. Cancel whenever you like from your account; you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
